Holiday meals, turkeys, sides, appetizers, platters and desserts can be ordered online at shop.wfm.com , or by phone at 1-844-936-2428.

Currently, delivery for holiday items is only available to Prime members in select ZIP codes. Visit amazon.com/wholefoods or the Amazon app and look for the Whole Foods tab to fill your cart and choose your delivery or pickup window. We have a wide variety of holiday offerings like turkeys, sides and desserts, plus an assortment of everyday groceries.

Meals, turkeys, sides, appetizers, platters and desserts reserved online at shop.wfm.com and through our Holiday Table can only be picked up in the store. Visit shop.wfm.com to review our menu and place your order. Please note that stores which normally deliver catering do not deliver holiday meals.

In order to distribute traffic more evenly, we have limited the number of pickup windows in each time slot.

Vegan items are labeled on our holiday menu. If you wish to review the list of ingredients in a specific dish, give us a call at 1-844-WFM-TALK, and we will be happy to assist you. Keep in mind that all of our holiday dishes are prepared in kitchens that process ingredients which may contain allergens such as milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, nuts and gluten, as well as other allergens. We are not able to accommodate guests with food allergies or modify dishes to meet special dietary needs, so check out our frozen section and grocery aisles instead for packaged products that meet your needs.

Some menu items are made from ingredients that do not typically contain gluten, like vegetables. However, all of our holiday dishes are prepared in kitchens that use ingredients containing gluten, as well as other allergens. We are not able to accommodate guests with severe allergies or modify dishes to meet special dietary needs, so check out our frozen section and grocery aisles instead for packaged products that meet your needs.

If your order is scheduled for pickup within the next 48 hours, it’s too late to add items to your order. Our stores may have extra items on hand for any last-minute additions. Please note that varieties offered in-store may vary.

Our stores are generally less busy in the morning compared to late afternoon and evening.

All items in your holiday meal are refrigerated, so they will be cold when you pick them up. Be sure to allow time for reheating each dish before your meal. Many of our dishes can be reheated right in the packaging while others require a separate pot or pan.

Reheating instructions are included in the confirmation email you received with your order. Or you can get them by visiting shop.wfm.com and selecting your local store. You can also give us a call at , and we will be happy to assist you.

Follow the reheating instructions for best results. Heat foods thoroughly to 165°F, until hot and steaming. Bring gravy to a rolling boil. If heating in a microwave oven, cover food and rotate the dish so it heats evenly.

If it’s within 24 hours of Thanksgiving, call your local store immediately because many of our stores close early on Thanksgiving Day.

Don’t be alarmed if the surface of your fresh turkey seems icy. Fresh turkeys are kept just below freezing to maintain a crust of ice on the surface, which easily melts when stored in your refrigerator. According to the National Turkey Federation, turkey meat doesn't freeze at 32°F but at a temperature closer to 26°F.

If thawing your bird in the fridge, plan for 1 day of thawing for every 4 pounds of turkey, so a 12- to 16-pound bird will take 3–4 days to thaw. Once the turkey is thawed, it’s safe to keep in the fridge for another 1–2 days. Err on the side of starting early to ensure a ready-to-cook bird on the day of your celebration.

Short on time? You can thaw your turkey by submerging it in cold water. Plan for 30 minutes per pound. Make sure the turkey is in a leak-proof, sealed plastic bag (you don’t want a waterlogged bird) and submerge the wrapped bird in cold tap water. Change the water every 30 minutes. The turkey should be cooked immediately after it’s thawed. With this method, a 12- to 16-pound bird should be ready to cook in 6–8 hours.

To maintain deep chill (35°F) store turkeys in the coldest spot in fridge, turned down as low as possible, or store in a secondary fridge or freezer.

Keep hot foods between 140°F and 165°F until serving time. Cold food should be held at 40°F or colder.

Make sure there are plenty of serving utensils to help your guests serve themselves without mixing foods from different dishes.

The absolute maximum time for leaving prepared foods at room temperature is 2 hours—including time for preparation, serving and eating. Discard any perishable foods left at room temperature longer than 2 hours.

Turkey leftovers generally should be good for 3–4 days in the fridge or for 3–6 months in the freezer.

Other leftovers can be divided into small portions, placed in shallow containers, and refrigerated or frozen. In general, refrigerated leftovers should be used within 4 days. Frozen leftovers will have the best quality if used within 2 to 4 months.

Any food that has been left on a buffet table or in a cooler with melting ice for more than 2 hours must be discarded. When in doubt, throw it out.

Grocery Delivery and Pickup

Amazon Prime members can place an order for delivery or pickup through Amazon at amazon.com/wholefoods or through the Whole Foods tab in the Amazon mobile app. Select your ZIP code, add items to your cart, then choose a delivery window and check out.

When you’re ready to place your order, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Amazon app or visit amazon.com/wholefoods to start shopping.
  2. Be sure to select “Change to Pickup” and your preferred store in the banner at the top of your screen.
  3. After filling your Whole Foods Market cart, move to checkout and choose your preferred pickup time from the available options.

After you place an order on Amazon, check in through your confirmation email before heading out. When you arrive, follow the parking signs, and we’ll bring out your order (make sure to double-check your email instructions as some stores may require you to pick up inside).

Allergens present in the ingredients of a 365 Everyday Value or Whole Foods Market brand product will be called out by their common or usual name on the label, as required by law. This includes calling out any common allergens that may be present in natural flavors or spices. We collect information from our vendors about those allergens present in the facility that have been identified and listed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

If an ingredient has not been designated as a common allergen by the FDA or CFIA, suppliers of our 365 Everyday Value or Whole Foods Market brand products are not required to let us know whether it is present in the facility. Therefore, for fragrance in our own branded personal care products, we are using the definition and standard for "natural raw materials" from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), an international non-governmental standard-setting organization.

According to ISO 9235, a "natural raw material" is "of vegetal, animal or microbiological origin, as such, obtained by physical, enzymatic or microbiological processes, or obtained by traditional preparation processes (e.g. extraction, distillation, heating, torrefaction, fermentation)."

Shortly after submitting your request you will receive an email asking you to verify your identity. When submitting a request, the agent will need to:

  1. Provide your zip code, name, email address, and phone number when prompted by the online request form or the Customer Care representative.
  2. Provide their own name and email address, a statement indicating that they are acting as an ized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and, if applicable, a statement indicating that you have provided them with a power of attorney that is valid under California law. That information should be included in the free-text field at the bottom of the online request form, or, if the request is made by phone, that information should be provided to the Customer Care representative.

After the request has been submitted, you will receive an email asking you to verify your identity. After you verify your identity, we follow up with you and/or your agent to gather any additional information we need to fulfill the request.
